1. We expect our clients to disclose the true & full facts, proper history & unambiguous data in as our investigation results could get significantly due to any concealment or non-disclosure. Any undisclosed or end-time discovery or alteration of the facts shall not be forming part of our responsibility.

2. We prefer that it’s a fundamental right of our clients outline us the scope of the work completely & to collect the investigation report.

3. We are under no obligation to perform any such activities that may be contradictory to the Laws & Regulations that are operational for the time being in force while doing investigations & also not liable to perform any such additional services that have not been included or undertaken to be done.

4. We offer different service packages which are marginally different in terms of our professional charges and are primarily based on the extent, work place (viz., outstation/district/state/foreign) & period of within which the work could be completed effectively and efficiently.

5. Any expenses that may be statutorily required as fees, fines, penalties, etc. or any other incidental & likely expenses to complete the work shall be separately borne by the clients.

6. We treat our clients as our king & we expect them to settle the Professional Charges, any out-of-pocket expenses or reimbursements if any, in timely manner as stipulated & we reserve our right that only after the settlement of any dues the report shall be issued.

7. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, all charges and payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-creditable, even if your Services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the Services term.

8. We charge an upfront nominal Consultation fee before taking up any assignment in order to compensate for the time taken in collecting the required data.

9. We strongly emphasize that our investigation report shall not be construed conclusive as any future uncertain events or incidents beyond our investigation tenure shall not be binding or be the sole factor to question the authenticity of our Investigation.

10. We expect utmost co-operation, integrity & objectivity from the clients to conduct our investigation in a successful manner.

11. All disputes shall be subject to Chennai Jurisdiction only.
